Purpose:

Manufacturing of honeycomb structures, bonding of metal and nonmetal details with large gaps, electrical insulation and reinforcement of honeycomb structures by filling with the compound.

Curing temperature – 15-25°С

Curing time– 48 hours (PEK-74, PEK-82); 6 hours (PEK-BO)

Pot life – up to 50 min (PEK-74, PEK-82); up to 15 min (PEK-BO)

Operating temperature – from-196 to 200°С

Compression strength of foamed block– 10 MPa

Impact strength – 1.7 kJ/m²

Volume resistivity ≥ 10¹² Ohm×m.

Application:

Electrical insulation, filling of electric connectors, sealing and protection of radio-electronic equipment, manufacturing and strengthening the honeycomb structures, bonding the metal and nonmetal details with large gaps, smoothing the flawed surfaces of technological items.
